Last updated: 2026-06-16
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Cards (“the Service”), operated by Ethan Allen, an individual operating as “Statmeet”. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your AT Protocol identity when used with the Service.
2. Prohibited content
Do not create, store, post, or federate content that:
- Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Harasses, threatens, defames, or bullies any person.
- Is hateful or incites violence against people based on protected characteristics.
- Is sexually exploitative, especially any content involving minors (we report CSAM to the appropriate authorities).
- Infringes others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights, or discloses someone’s private information without consent.
- Contains malware, or is designed to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
3. Prohibited conduct
Do not:
- Access accounts, data, or areas of the Service you are not authorized to use.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or circumvent its security or authentication (including OAuth, DPoP, session, or MCP-token controls), except under a written authorization such as a security-testing agreement.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data at scale, or place an unreasonable load on the Service.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Misuse invite requests, feedback, or other communication channels.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
4. Federation and public content
Content you mark as federated is published to the public AT Protocol / Bluesky network. You are responsible for what you publish, and federated content is also subject to the moderation rules and community standards of the broader network. Misbehaving clients may be defederated by other participants on the network.
5. AI features
When you use the in-app AI assistant or markup generation:
- You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the outputs.
- Do not use these features to generate content that violates this AUP.
- Outputs may be inaccurate; verify before relying on them.
6. Security tokens and credentials
Keep your MCP tokens and any API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity performed with tokens issued to your account. Revoke tokens you no longer use in Settings.
7. Reporting abuse and takedown requests
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, or to submit an intellectual-property (e.g. DMCA) takedown notice, contact admins@statmeet.com with enough detail to identify the content and the basis of your complaint. We will review and act as appropriate, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, at our discretion. We may also preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect users.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
